2: Diagnose & Repair
Hand the device to our certified technician. We’ll do a free health check and give a fixed price before touching anything. Most repairs—screens, batteries, charging ports—take 30–45 minutes. Enjoy coffee on Grahams Road or use our free WiFi in the seating area.
3: Collect & Warranty
Pay only when you’re satisfied. We test all functions in front of you before handing it back. Our Green Guarantee covers parts and labour for 12 months. If anything goes wrong, bring it back to the Falkirk shop and we’ll fix it promptly.

Most iPhone screen replacements take 30-45 minutes. We keep common iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 screens in stock at our FK2 7BZ location. You can wait in-store with free WiFi or grab a coffee nearby on Grahams Road—we’ll text you when it’s ready.
Yes. There’s free on-street parking directly outside our shop on Grahams Road, plus additional parking on nearby Robertson Avenue and Wilson Street. We’re also a 5-minute walk from Falkirk Grahamston Train Station if you’re coming by rail.
Every repair comes with our 12-Month Green Guarantee. If the same part fails within 12 months, we’ll replace it free of charge—no questions asked. This covers both our labour and the parts used. Just bring your receipt or phone number to our Falkirk shop.
